Delivery / Shipping:
- Dalkem Corporationaims to deliver your orders within the next day for all Metro Manila locations and 4 to 7 business days Nationwide after every successful payment.
- Our delivery schedule runs from Mondays to Saturdays. Please remember that we do not deliver Sundays and Holidays.
- Dalkem Corporationdelivers Nationwide. Any order request with a shipping address located outside of the Philippines will not be fulfilled.
- Once your order has been packed and prepared, you will receive a Shipment Notification email to let you know that your package is about to leave our warehouse, indicating the estimated arrival date of your package. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD), you will receive an email with instructions containing pertinent details (e.g. AM/PM schedule, exact amount to be paid, delivery address).
- If you are not available to personally receive your package, you may designate an authorized representative in the Checkout page.
- When order is received, the recipient is required to sign the Sales Invoice / Delivery Receipt acknowledging that the items were received in good condition.
- We reserve the right to request the recipient to furnish a government-issued ID to validate their identity before releasing the order.
- Any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure.
Pricing and Payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Philippine Peso, and payment can only be accepted in Philippine Pesos. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
Your payment card will be debited via Paypal for your order at the time the order is placed. Dalkem Corporation does not collect your Credit Card Details. If you choose to pay via GCASH, only the official number provided is allowed.
By submitting an online order with Dalkem Corporation, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Dalkem Corporation will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Dalkem Corporation directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund pursuant to the product guarantee.
Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any delivery or packaging charges are applied except in cases that there’s a sale.
