Food Grade Calcium Sulfate Dihydrate, is a very fine, free-flowing, odorless, tasteless white powder produced by fine-grinding and air separating a select grade of high-purity white gypsum that is safe for use in food products.
Applications
Calcium Sulfate is used extensively as an ingredient or component in food and food processing systems, including:
• Dough conditioner, firming agent, and as a dietary supplement in yeast raised bakery products.
