What is the ratio used to rehydrate our Egg Albumen powder?
100 grams of Egg Albumen powder dissolved in 700ml of water corresponds to approximately 800 grams of fresh hen egg whites (25 shells)
USAGE
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 30g) with 300ml water in a Shaker Bottle.
Take 1-3 servings daily, in accordance with your protein requirements.
Please note that taken on its own this product will froth when shaken.
Leave to settle and the froth will disperse.
