Monosodium Phosphate (MSP) is often used as a characteristic improving agent, emulsifier, nutritional supplement, anti-oxidant, brine penetrable agent, sugar clarifier, and stabilizer in dairy products, meats, and seafood.
It can also be used as a pH adjuster in beverages and a treatment agent in drinking water.
