USAGE DIRECTION: Drink for constipation: Epsom salt is an effective natural way to constipation. Dissolve a tablespoon of magnesium sulphate(EPSOM SALT) in a glass of warm water and drink. Best to use this treatment in the morning and on a day off from work, because you wait a few visits to the toilet. Note! Do not use this measure to pregnant women and children!
Wrap insect bites: 2 tablespoons of Epsom salts dissolve in a glass of warm water and soak in it gauze. Leave for a few minutes in the effected area.
Soaking: Epsom Salt is a remedy that can eas muscle pain and help to fade bruising.
DIRECTION OF USE: add 2 cups of Epsom Salts to warm water in a standard-sized bathtub. For larger tubs, such as garden tubs double the amount of Epsom Salt used. Bath at list three times a week for best result , soaking for at least 12 minutes a time.
For Bath: DIRECTION OF USE :Add 1 cup of Epsom Salt to a tub of warm water. This can help to sooth aching feet and help to soften up rough paths of skin.
Treat Fungus - Soak your affected toes in hot water mixed with a 150g of Epsom salt three times a day.
Remove Splinters - Soak affected skin area in an Epsom salt bath to draw out the splinter.
Soothe Sprains and Bruises - Add two cups Epsom salt to a warm bath and soak till cool water to reduce the pain and swelling of sprains and bruises.
Beauty Use:
Exfoliate dead skin - During a shower or bath, mix 150g of Epsom salt with a tablespoon of your favorite bath or olive oil and rub all over your wet skin to exfoliate and soften the areas. Rinse thoroughly.
Exfoliating face cleanser - To clean and exfoliate your face, mix a half-teaspoon of Epsom salt with your standard cleansing cream. Gently massage into skin and rinse with cold water then pat dry.
Dislodge blackheads - Add a teaspoon of Epsom salt and 3 drops iodine into a 100ml (half cup) of boiling water. Apply this mixture to the blackheads with a cotton ball. This should help dislodge those deep-seated blackheads.
Remove foot odor - Mix a 100g (half cup) of Epsom salt in warm water and soak your feet for 10 minutes. This should remove unpleasant odor, soften rough paths of skin and sooth aching feet, it should also help with the removal of stubborn nail polish.
Remove hairspray - Combine 4 liters of water, 1 cup of lemon juice, and 1 cup Epsom salt. Cover the mixture and let set for 24 hours. The next day, pour the mixture into your dry hair and leave on for 20 minutes before shampooing as normal.
EPSOM SALT USES: GARDENING
Peppers & Tomatoes - Both peppers and tomatoes can benefit from Epsom Salt. For tomatoes dilute 1 tablespoon in water per foot, per plant and apply every 2 weeks. As for peppers add 1 tablespoon to a 4 liters of water and spray at bloom time. Repeat after 10 days.
Lawns - Use 3 pounds of Epsom Salt for every 1250 square feet. This can be applied with either a spreader or diluted in water and used with a sprayer.
For Shrubs - Similar to tree shrubs have the most effective absorption over the root zones. Dilute 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salt per 9 square feet and apply every 2-4 weeks. T

EPSOM SALT USES: HOUSEHOLD
Clean bathroom tiles - Epsom Salt can also be a useful additive when cleaning bathroom tiles and grout. Mix equal parts Epsom salt and liquid dish detergent and use as a scrub on bathroom tile. Allow to soak for a minute or two then using a clean cloth remove the loose grime and dirt
House Plants - Even house plants can benefit from Epsom Salts. Mix 2 tablespoons of Epsom Salt per 4 liters of water and feed the plants every month.
Hand wash - Mix Epsom salt with baby oil and keep by the sink for an effective hand wash that will not only keep your hands clean but feeling smooth and soft.
